If you’ve been in unhealthy or toxic relationships, if you’re overwhelmed with the need to be perfect, if you people please, have loose boundaries, feel stuck in fear, are stuck in a rut, doubt yourself, feel under-valued, under-paid, or struggle with shame - then you’re dealing with issues around low, or lowered self-worth.
In this workshop, you’ll learn Jillian’s 11 step process to raise your self worth in any area of your life. This is the exact process that Jillian underwent and continues to reference in order to raise her own self worth and those of her private clients.
