Anxiety is at an all time high in our culture and women are 10x more likely to have it. Our nervous systems can only handle anxiety for a period of time before it needs to shift states - and it usually goes to sadness. When our system gets tired of being sad, we’ll get anxious again. This vicious cycle of ping ponging between the two states is the subject of this workshop. Jillian will take you through a step by step process to identify and break the maddening cycle, and by the end of the class, you’ll also have learned some powerful techniques to immediately ease intense anxiety.
