Difficult Parents
We all have a parent story. For some, it’s traumatic, for others it’s less so, but still challenging. There’s a large spectrum, and a huge part of who we are today: our beliefs, challenges and strengths is due to our childhood conditioning. If you harbor any resentment, anger, frustration, hatred or sadness because of one or both of your parents, then this workshop is for you. As someone who has processed my extremely challenging relationship to my father, I offer this workshop as a guide to help move you through your own process so you can land on the other side of it. This is an extremely powerful and personal workshop where by the end of it, you’ll think totally differently about your past. Ultimately to heal the child within, we must thoroughly investigate our parent story.
