We all know communication is important, but it’s actually THE most important aspect of all relationship. We are social creatures, so without good communication, we are NOT connected. it’s also the least understood by most. We’ve learned that as long as we can be articulate and clearly state our feelings, then we are great communicators. Nothing could be further from the truth. Although articulation is important it’s not what creates deep connection. Artful communication involves energetics and the use of our bodies in order to foster intimacy and REPAIR the most challenging of arguments.
In this insanely informative workshop, Jillian shares her strategy that when practiced, will immediately bring resolution to any argument and foster true closeness.
