Refund Policy

Courses, Workshops, Events & Digital Products

All courses, workshops, live events, and digital products are non-refundable. Because this content is self-directed and made available immediately upon purchase, we are unable to issue refunds once a transaction is complete.

Annual Membership (Conscious Woman)

If you purchased an annual membership directly through our website, you are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please fill out the refund form at jillianturecki.com/membership-policies.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed.

  • Once the 14-day period ends, your membership remains active until the end of your billing term and will not auto-renew if cancelled.

  • Partial or prorated refunds are not available for annual memberships.

Monthly Membership (Conscious Woman)

Monthly memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Memberships via Third-Party Platforms

If you purchased your membership through a third-party platform (such as Substack, Patreon, or Apple Podcasts), refunds and cancellations are handled directly by that platform according to their own policies. We are unable to process these on your behalf.

Dispute Resolution

By purchasing any product or membership, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions, including this refund policy. Course access records, login data, email open receipts, and progress logs are retained by our platforms and may be submitted to financial institutions in the event of a payment dispute.
