MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Annual Plan: Billed once per year, 14-day refund window (see Refunds below).
Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, Cancel anytime, Non-refundable

AUTO-RENEWAL

All memberships renew automatically, monthly or annually, depending on your plan, on or around your original purchase date. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

LOGGING IN

You can access your membership from any device at jillianturecki.com. Click Log In in the top right corner of the site. On mobile, find it inside the menu. Once logged in, you'll be taken directly to The Conscious Woman Membership portal. If the login screen doesn't appear right away, refresh the page.

REFUNDS

Annual plan: You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. Submit your request using the refund form below, using the same email address you signed up with. Once refunded, your access to the membership and Facebook group will be removed.

Monthly plan: Monthly memberships are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Please reach out to us before contacting your bank or credit card company — we're happy to help.

PAYMENT ISSUES

If a payment doesn't go through, we'll reach out to you directly. Membership access may be paused until your billing is up to date.
