This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the Jillian Turecki online website, located at

https://jillianturecki.com (collectively, the “Website”) that offers coaching services, courses, content, curriculum and coaching materials, products, Jillian Turecki’s email newsletter, the “Conscious Woman” membership program, the “Jillian On Love” podcast, and any other products or services featured on the Website (collectively, all of the foregoing, together with the Website, are referred to as the “Service”), and when our customer service team is contacted, communicated with, or engaged with on social media.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how and when we collect, use, disclose, and protect certain information (collectively, our “Privacy Practices”) collected from visitors and users of the Service (collectively, “Users”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Jillian Turecki Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”). Any terms used, but not defined in this Privacy Policy, will have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of our third-party service providers. 

“You”, “Your” and “Users” mean all visitors to and users, including purchasers, of the Service.

The Service is intended solely for residents of, or those accessing the service within, the United States (“U.S.”) and we do not represent that the Service is applicable, appropriate, or available for use in locations outside of the U.S. We do not direct the Services outside of the United States. 

If You reside, or are otherwise located, outside of the U.S. and choose to access or use the Service, You do so on Your own volition and Your own initiative. We will process any personal data that You provide in accordance with the applicable law in the U.S. By using the Service, You acknowledge that the Service is directed to a U.S. audience and that Your use is unsolicited by us.   2. Your contact information, including without limitation, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

  3. Location information, including Your mailing address.

  4. Your payment information, including without limitation, Your billing address, Your payment information (credit cards processed through Stripe), such as Your type of credit card, credit card number, expiration date, credit card security code such as a card verification value (CVV). 

  5. Your purchase history information, date of purchase, and enrollment information. 

  6. Your membership participation in a chat forum or recorded event. 

C. Personal Information Collected Automatically From You. We, or our third-party service providers on our behalf, may automatically collect information from You or Your device using cookies (see below), clear gifs, web beacons, and similar tracking technology when You access or use the Service. This automatically collected information is generally aggregated, anonymous non-personal information, however, by inference, such information may relate to or be connected to Your Personal Information:

  1. Device information (web browser type, operating system, device type, other device identifiers).

  2. IP address and location data (see below).

  3. Dates and times that You visit, access, or use the Service.

  4. Usage data (pages visited or otherwise interacted with through the Service, time spent on pages, links clicked).

  6. Email engagement metrics (whether You open emails or click links in our email campaigns).

We may obtain Personal Information about Your physical location, such as by geo-location features in Your device or by inference from other information that is automatically collected, e.g., Your IP address. We may also collect location information, such as your mailing address, when You purchase products or services from the Service.

E. Personal Information Collected For Transactional Purposes. We will send You transactional emails that confirm purchases and communicate information and materials about the purchase or other administrative matters (collectively, “Transactional Emails”). You consent to receive our Transactional Emails when You make a purchase, in which case You provide to us Your Personal Information such as Your name and email that will be used to send the Transaction Emails. 

F. Personal Information Collected For Marketing Purposes. We maintain an email to send non-Transactional Emails about Jillian Turecki products and services, events, news, and marketing and promotional information, and to otherwise market the Service (collectively “Marketing Emails”). When You sign up to receive the Jillian Turecki newsletter or make a purchase on the Website, You provide to us Your Personal Information such as Your name and email address and consent to our receiving our Marketing Emails. At any time, You will have the ability to opt out of receiving such marketing emails by clicking on the link to “Unsubscribe” in the communication or by emailing us at support@jillianturecki.com.

G. Personal Information collected by Stripe. We use Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), a third-party service provider, as our payment gateway to process the payments for purchases made on the Service. When you make a purchase on the Website, You provide to us Your Personal Information such as Your Name, mailing address, and payment information. We collect and provide Your Personal Information to Stripe as part of the payment process. Stripe uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard Your Personal Information during the payment process. 

III. How We Use The Personal Information That Is Collected.

A. We use the Personal Information that we collect or is automatically collected, for the following:

  1. To operate, maintain, enhance, improve, and provide all features of the Service.

  2. To process Your transactions and to provide and deliver products, services, and information that You request or purchase.

  3. To send You Transactional Emails to inform You about Your purchased products or services, to respond to a request by You, or provide customer service.

  4. To create and manage Your account and membership access.

  5. To facilitate membership services, including without limitation the membership community, live online sessions, community forums, and memberships events.

  7. To provide customer service support, including without limitation, responding to Your inquiries, maintaining customer lists and a back-up history of the products, services, and information that You have purchased or requested.

  8. To provide You with notices about the Service, business-related information, and to respond to comments and questions.

  9. To understand and analyse the usage patterns, trends, and preferences of Users and to develop new products, services, features, and improve the functionality of and User experience of the Service.

  13. To contact You for administrative purposes such as customer service.

  14. To send You Marketing Emails. You will have the ability to unsubscribe from receiving such marketing emails as described in the communication or by emailing us at support@jillianturecki.com.

A. We do not sell Your Personal Information for monetary compensation. 

B. Information Disclosed to Third Party Service Providers. We share Personal Information with third-party service providers as described in this Privacy Policy to operate and perform services on our behalf to support our business operations, the operation of our Website, and delivery of Services.

(b) Memberspace.com: We use Memberspace to create member registered accounts, membership management, live online sessions and events, and content access control. (c) Circle.com: We use Circle as our community platform for member chat forums and communications. In providing these services, Circle processes Personal Information in accordance with its own privacy policy, which you can review here: https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/

(d) beehiiv Inc.: We use beehiv for email newsletters, email list management, and email marketing campaigns. In providing these services, MailChimp processes Personal Information in accordance with its own privacy policy, which you can read here: https://www.beehiiv.com/privacy

(e) Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to obtain analytics and insights on how Users use our Website. In providing these services, Google Analytics processes Personal Information in accordance with its own privacy policy, which you can read here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites (“How Google Uses Data When You Use Our Partners’ Sites Or Apps.”).

(f) Google Workspace: We use Google Workspace for business email services. In providing these services, Google Workspace processes Personal Information in accordance with its own privacy policy, which you can read here: https://workspace.google.com/terms/dpa_terms.html

(g) Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. When you make a payment through our Website, Stripe acts as our service provider and processes your payment information (such as credit card details, billing address, and transaction data) on our behalf. In providing these services, Stripe processes Personal Information in accordance with its own privacy policy, which you can read here: https://stripe.com/privacy.

2. These third-party service providers process Personal Information on our behalf to deliver our Services to You and may collect certain Personal Information directly from You or automatically through Your use of our Website, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data. 

3. Each third-party service provider processes Personal Information in accordance with its own privacy policy as provided above. 

4. In certain circumstances, these third-party service providers may also process Your Personal Information for their own legitimate business purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control processing activities conducted by these third-party service providers for their own independent purposes.

5. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of our third-party service providers to understand how they may collect, use, and share Your Personal Information.

C. Information Disclosed By Law. We may disclose certain information, including Personal Information, if required to do so:

  2. In response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant.

  3. To otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies. 

D. Information Disclosed To Protect Us.  We reserve the right to disclose information, including Personal Information, that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to:

  3. Investigate and defend against any third-party claims or allegations.

  4. Protect the security or integrity of the Service and any facilities or equipment used to make the Service available.

  5. Protect Jillian Turecki property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcement of Jillian Turecki agreements), or the rights, property, or safety of others.

E. Information Disclosed Based On Transfer, Insolvency, Or Bankruptcy of Jillian Turecki. Information, including Personal Information, may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets. If we acquire another organization, we may share information, including Personal Information, with that acquired organization in connection with providing the Service. We will notify You via email or other prominent notice on our Website of any such change or control of Your Personal Information.

F. Anonymous Information Disclosed. We may make certain aggregated, automatically collected, or otherwise non-personal information available to third parties for various purposes, including without limitation:

  3. Assist such parties in understanding our Users’ interests, habits, and usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, and/or functionality available through the Service.


V. Data Retention. We will retain Your Personal Information for as long as Your account on the Service is active, or as long as needed to provide You the Service. We may also retain and use Your Personal Information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce our Agreements, and for any other purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer need Your information, we will securely delete it or anonymize it. 


VI. Data Security. 

A. Data Protection Practices. To protect Your Personal Information, we, and our third-party service providers, take reasonable precautions and follow appropriate industry practices to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or alteration:

  1. Your data is stored by our third-party service providers’ cloud-based platforms. To prevent unauthorized access and transmissions, promote data security, and encourage appropriate use of information, our third-party service providers utilize a variety of tools (e.g., encryption technologies, passwords, physical and electronic security, 2-step verification processes, procedural safeguards) to assist in the protection of Your Personal Information.  

  2. We do not store credit card information via our Website. Any Personal Information provided during the payment process is encrypted by Stripe using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the account registration process, sign-up, and payment processing information. Other security safeguards used by Stripe include, but are not limited to, data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to building and files.  

B. No Warranty Or Guaranty of Security, Release and Indemnification by Jillian Turecki. Perfect security, however, does not exist on the Internet or through data transmissions. Unauthorized third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. You should not expect Your Personal Information that You provide through the Service can or will remain absolutely private and we do not warrant or guarantee that Your Personal information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, improperly used, or destroyed by a breach of the safeguards employed by us or by our third-party service providers.  You use the Service at Your own risk and You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Jillian Turecki against any claims based on allegedly inadequate security practices by our third-party service providers.  

C. Your Responsibility Re: Your Account Information. It is Your responsibility to keep Your access information to Your account on the Service, including Your password, safe and secure by selecting and protecting Your password appropriately and limiting access to Your device and browser by signing off after You have finished accessing Your account.

We, through our third party service providers, use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance Your experience on our Service, to make the Service function properly and efficiently, to analyze traffic on the Service, and to provide reporting information. B. Unsubscribe From Our Newsletter. If You subscribed to our Newsletter, You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of the email newsletter. It may take up to seven (7) business days to process Your request and remove Your email, and You may continue receiving our email newsletter during this limited period. 

C. Unsubscribe From Marketing Emails. If You receive Marketing Emails from us, You may:

  1. Unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions located at the bottom of the Marketing Email. Your email address will instantly be removed within seven (7) business days.

  2. Unsubscribe from receiving Marketing Emails from by sending Your request to Jillian Turecki by email at support@jillianturecki.com. Please include “Unsubscribe Email” in the subject line. Changes may take up to seven (7) business days to process Your request, and You may continue receiving Marketing Emails from us during this period. 

  3. Additionally, even after You unsubscribe from receiving Marketing Emails from Jillian Turecki, You may continue to receive Transactional Emails (e.g., administrative) from us regarding the Service as stated above.

D. Update Your Account Information. You may update or revise Your account information on the Service by accessing Your registered account settings on the Website.

E. Do Not Track. Because no standard for implementing “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) has been established in the United States, or otherwise, the Service does not specifically respond to DNT signals. You can enable or disable DNT through the preferences or settings of Your web browser.

IX. Third Party Links.

A. The Service may feature links to content and services (e.g., websites, social media accounts, etc. provided by a third-party. (Please note: the Service includes links to our social media accounts and the Jillian on Love Podcast that are accessed on separate, third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. 

B. Such third-party may use third-party cookies and similar tracking technologies to automatically collect information about You, that may include Your Personal Information, when You click on a link or social media icon on the Service.

C. Third-party content and services, even if accessed through a link or content displayed on or offered by the Service, is subject to the third-party’s terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage You to review terms of service and the privacy policies of any third-party website or online content that You visit, as we are not responsible for their practices or policies.

X. Children’s Privacy.

A. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) or under the age of eighteen (18). 

B. Our Service is intended for and directed to adults eighteen years of age or older (18+).

C. If we learn that Personal Information has been collected on the Service from persons under the eighteen (18) years of age and without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete such information. 

D. If You believe or discover that a child under eighteen (18) years of age has obtained an account on the Service, or otherwise provided Personal Information through the Service, please contact us immediately at support@jillianturecki.com.

E. Any request that we delete the Personal Information of a child anywhere it may be stored, may take considerable time and may not be possible under certain circumstances and such deletion is subject to the limits discussed in this Privacy Policy.

We are a U.S. based company that uses and relies on third-party service providers, and their respective technologies, to operate our business and the Service.
