Ask Jillian™ is an AI companion trained on Jillian Turecki's teachings, podcast, and books. You're chatting with AI, not with Jillian directly. It's here to offer reflection and support drawn from her work, not therapy or professional advice, and it can occasionally get things wrong. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to a licensed professional or a crisis line right away. Your use is governed by Delphi Terms and Privacy Policy.
FAQ
-
Ask Jillian is an AI companion, not Jillian herself. It’s a tool built entirely from her own body of work—her podcast, her books, her teachings, and her courses—so what you get back reflects how Jillian actually thinks and advises. But you’re talking with AI, and it will always be upfront about that. It’s a way to bring Jillian’s perspective into the moments she can’t be there for in person.
-
Think of it as Jillian’s advice, available whenever you need it. You can bring a hard conversation you're dreading, a breakup you're moving through, a pattern you keep repeating in relationships, or a moment of anxiety at 2 am. Ask Jillian will reflect it back with you, ask the kinds of questions Jillian asks, and point you toward her tools and teachings on love, self-worth, and connection.
-
Yes. Ask Jillian draws only from Jillian’s own published content. It doesn't pull from the open internet or invent teachings she’s never shared. When something falls outside what she’s taught, it will say so rather than make something up.
-
A general AI pulls from the entire internet and will happily imitate anyone, with no grounding in what Jillian actually believes. Ask Jillian is built exclusively from her real work, with her direct involvement and oversight. It stays within her actual approach to relationships and self-worth — not a generic impression of it.

You can start with a short free preview of 3 messages and 3 voice calls to get a feel for it. If Ask Jillian is included in a course or program you’re already in, you'll have full access as part of that course or experience.
-
Ask Jillian is free for the first 3 text messages or 3 voice calls. The paid plan is $47/month or $127 for 3 months of access. Keep an eye out for special promotions too.
-
Whichever feels right. You can type and read, or speak and listen to a voice built from recordings of Jillian’s own voice. Most people lean toward text, especially for tender topics, but voice can feel more personal and grounding. You’re free to switch anytime.
-
Yes. Ask Jillian works in other languages in both text and voice.
If you want to text in your language, just start typing in it. You can also ask Ask Jillian to switch languages; something as simple as "let's talk in Spanish" works. For a voice call, you can change the language on the screen that comes up after you hang up. And if your phone or computer is already set to another language, Ask Jillian will often start in that language on its own. -
Yes. You can cancel through your Circle account at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period, in accordance with our payment policies based on the plan purchased.
-
Yes. Your conversations are private and handled by Delphi, the platform that powers Ask Jillian, under its privacy policy. They aren't sold or used for advertising. In personalized mode, your chats are connected to your account so Ask Jillian can remember context and build on past conversations. In anonymous mode, nothing is tied to your name or email and each session starts fresh. You can read Delphi's full policy at delphi.ai/privacy.
-
Ask Jillian is built from Jillian’s own content, not from what users type. In personalized mode, Delphi saves some context from your conversations to your profile, so the experience remains consistent across sessions. If you'd like your data removed, you can request deletion from Delphi.

No. Ask Jillian offers reflection and support drawn from Jillian’s teachings, but it is not therapy, crisis support, or a substitute for professional advice, and it can occasionally get things wrong. If you’re going through something that needs real human support, including acute distress, a mental-health crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to a licensed professional or a crisis line, or call or text 988 in the US. Ask Jillian will gently point you toward help in those moments too.
